Biography
Christopher West is the President and Owner of NovusPointe Consulting and Management Group Inc., a consulting firm built on a foundation of healthcare experience, continued learning, and a commitment to practical, client-focused solutions.
With more than 25 years of study and professional experience in the medical field, Christopher has developed a strong understanding of patient care, professional accountability, and the importance of addressing complex challenges with compassion and precision. His medical background includes experience in emergency medicine, psychology, nephrology, and oncology.
In 2024, after being diagnosed with end-stage renal disease and beginning dialysis, Christopher made a pivotal decision to pursue entrepreneurship. As his health made traditional employment more difficult, he chose to expand his professional horizons and build a business that would allow him to apply his knowledge, experience, and determination in new ways.
Christopher began developing expertise in business consulting, real estate consulting, business and real estate management, and property management. He has completed more than 2,000 hours of continuing education and remains committed to professional growth through entrepreneurial seminars, mentorship, and ongoing education.
His professional development has focused on business strategy, operational planning, client service, and practical approaches to helping customers resolve challenges and achieve their objectives. Christopher believes that effective consulting begins with understanding each client’s unique needs and developing strategies that are both thoughtful and actionable.
His professional credentials include Certified Medication Technician and Certified Cardiac Care Technician, along with training and certifications in HIPAA, OSHA, and bloodborne pathogens. He has also pursued continuing education in government contracting, including South Carolina state contracting, to strengthen his understanding of public-sector business opportunities and the requirements involved in pursuing them.
