Cancelling or rescheduling a consultation
Contact us as early as possible by phone or email. The required notice period and no-show treatment will be confirmed when your appointment is confirmed.
Refunds
Refund treatment for services not yet started, partially completed work, completed consultations, and approved third-party expenses will be stated before you pay.
Custom projects
Milestones and refund rules for custom projects are set out in the accepted written proposal.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed promptly; your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
