Pricing and mileage are listed per service. Notary pricing is quote-based because fees, travel, document count, and signing requirements may vary. Courier mileage refers to the service-area distance stated; additional mileage and stops are charged separately where applicable.

All services are subject to scheduling, service-area coverage, and item eligibility.

Courier pricing is a starting rate for the mileage or route terms shown. Any extra mileage, stops, waiting time, parking, tolls, or special handling should be confirmed before dispatch.

Medical items must be properly packaged and documented by the sender. Service is subject to applicable laws, handling requirements, and the courier’s approved capabilities.

Government filing fees and legal services are not included unless expressly stated in the service agreement.

Our listed offering is consulting, not a representation that we act as a licensed brokerage. We will clarify whether a requested activity requires a licensed real estate professional.

We can review client-provided information, market assumptions, rental scenarios, and investment considerations. Results are estimates, not guarantees.

Property management consulting

We offer property management consulting. Any hands-on leasing, brokerage, or regulated property management activity is subject to applicable licensing and service availability.

We can provide document support and templates where appropriate. Documents requiring legal advice or legal review should be handled by a qualified attorney.

EIN applications

We can provide EIN application guidance. An EIN is available directly from the IRS at no charge; any NovusPointe fee is for optional assistance, not an IRS issuance fee.

SAM.gov registration

We offer registration assistance and guidance. Registration on SAM.gov itself is free; any consulting fee is separate from the government registration.

No. Consulting can help with preparation and planning, but government approvals, financing decisions, business outcomes, and investment returns cannot be guaranteed.

Courier shipments

We may decline unsafe, unlawful, improperly packaged, restricted, or otherwise unsuitable shipments. Disclose the shipment type when requesting a quote.
